There will be a small charge for detailed quotations to cover the time and cost involved. This will be billed separately, however if you decide to proceed with the work this cost will be deducted from your final bill.
Your individual quote is a guaranteed fixed price.

EMERGENCY JOBS

For all emergency call-outs requiring immediate attention, between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 these will be charged as follows:
Call-out charge - £50
Hourly rate thereafter - £30

For all emergency call-outs requiring immediate attention, between the hours of 19:00 and 07:00 these will be charged as follows:
Call-out charge - £85
Hourly rate thereafter - £35
